  • Expedited Delivery: 2–4 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities).

  • Delivery time may vary due to your location, courier partner, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below this amount will have standard charges (visible at checkout).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver skincare products across India through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is available in select countries (charges & timelines vary).

  • For international orders, customers must bear any customs duties/taxes applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

6. Address & Contact Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address & contact number before checkout.

  • Dr Dermic Co is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

7. Delivery Delays

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once marked as delivered by our courier partner, Dr Dermic Co cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend choosing an address where someone can receive your parcel securely.

9. Return Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, reshipping charges will apply.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs.
