At Dr Dermic Co., we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Below is our updated returns and refunds policy to help you understand the process clearly.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided you share an unboxing video clearly showing that the product arrived damaged, defective, or not as per your order.
Return Eligibility
For a return to be approved, the item must:
Be in the original condition as received.
Remain unused, unworn, and unopened, with all tags intact.
Be sent back in the original packaging.
Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

All approved returns must be shipped to the following address: Hanoi, Vietnam.
⚠️ Returns shipped to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approval & Return Shipping
Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with:
A return shipping label, and
Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please check your parcel immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, reach out to us without delay so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Personal care and hygiene products (such as skincare, haircare, or beauty essentials).
Customized or personalized orders.
Hazardous goods like flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest method is to return your current order and, once the return is confirmed, place a new purchase separately.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
As always, items must remain unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
